Monitoring Well B8 Plans and Specifications <br />6ittits& County Solid Wests <br />4.1.1 Limitations <br />Payment will be made at the unit prices stated in the Schedule of Unit Prices and shall be full <br />compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to accotrnplish <br />the items as described above. No payment will be made for lost or non -recoverable casing or other <br />downhole equipment, or additional drilling required to properly abandon a damaged well or boring. <br />No paymentwill be made for mobilization and setup of additional drilling equipmentto meet <br />schedule requirements or for attempts at using alternative drilling methods. Payment will be made <br />for a completed and accepted well only-, no partial or progress payment will be allowed. No payment <br />will be made for footage or borings drilled and/or backfilled due to refusal, initial boring attempts at <br />the same general location, heave, failure of equipment or materials, or rejection for failure to comply <br />with the specifications of this contract. <br />16 February 2025 1 553-1763-010 <br />
