So, the BOCC could approve debt of almost <br />$237 Million at 4.6% interest for 30 years. The payment on that amount would be $15 <br />Million per year. <br />Repayment of a debt is more of an issue. The Auditor's office is anticipating a deficit for <br />upcoming budget years. The BOCC would not be able to pass a levee to pay the debt <br />service so the general fund would be responsible for the repayment, <br />
