SECTION 1 <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />1.0 Project Background <br />Kittitas County Maintenance Department is requesting proposals from Energy firms <br />interested in providing professional services for two County owned facilities. Required <br />services shall include conducting an Energy Audit, creating an O&M Plan, creating an <br />Energy Management Plan, and creating a profile on EnergyStar Portfolio for each <br />facility. <br />The professional capabilities of consultants directly involved with Energy Auditing <br />services must include Professional Registration, where appropriate, and a demonstrable <br />expertise in the specialized areas necessary to accomplish the services required. For <br />these services, the consultant is expected to furnish all necessary field equipment and/or <br />other supporting equipment and consumables. <br />1.1 Scope of RFQ <br />The Scope of Work to be performed by the consultant must be completed by <br />12/30/2025 and shall include, but not be limited to, conducting an Energy Audit, <br />creating an O&M Plan, creating an Energy Management Plan, and creating a profile on <br />EnergyStar Portfolio for each of the following facilities: <br />A.
