Q <br />SCJ ALLIANCE <br />CONSULTING SERVICES <br />Exhibit A <br />Scope of Work <br />Amendment 6 <br />Kittitas County, WA <br />Prepared For: Kittitas County <br />Prepared By: Dan Ireland, PE <br />Date Prepared: March 18, 2025 <br />Introduction: <br />SCJ has prepared this amendment to the On -Call contract to continue advancing an RV Park located east of Alder <br />Lane within the City of Ellensburg and the Kittitas Valley Event Center, per their Master Plan. <br />The goal of this amendment is to advance the RV Park design and utilize grant funding that must be used by May <br />30, 2025. <br />This scope of work will amend the current contract with the following services: <br />(Existing) Task 1— Feasibility Study <br />(New) Task 3 — Undergrounding Electrical Design <br />(New) Task 4 — Undergrounding Electrical Construction Services <br />(New) Task 5 — RV Park Preliminary Design <br />(New) Task 6 — Geotechnical Services <br />(New) Task 7 — Cultural Services <br />Task 1 Feasibility Study <br />The original scope of the feasibility study was completed with the completion of the original Pre -Application <br />meeting summary with the City. To keep information being developed, and further assessing the proposed <br />project to provide the County with more information, SCJ executed additional times outside of the scope of <br />work. The purpose of including this task with this amendment is to balance the budget and close the feasibility <br />study effort as it transitions to the task described in the Estimated Fee Summary located at the end of the Scope <br />of Work. <br />
