MARCH 31, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright; Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor III; Josh Fredrickson, <br />Public Works Director; Arden Thomas, WRP Manager; Darren <br />Higashiyama, Chief Deputy and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – N/A. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 28, 2025. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION RCW 42.30.110 (I) LITIGATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />an Executive Session with Chris Horner, Civil Deputy Prosecutor & <br />Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency, for 5 minutes. Action was <br />anticipated.
