L.J IHM/1GOJ-r%, Ir'YDJU-�l�Cl,-/10VOVVOr �JOJ <br />State of Washington Department of Ecology <br />Agreement No: AQOBC-2024-KiCPHD-00010 <br />Page 14 of 28 <br />Project Title: <br />Recipient Name: <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Task Number: 5 <br />Task Title: <br />Task Description: <br />Community -Led Air Quality Improvement for Ellensburg <br />Kittitas County - Public Health Department <br />Grant Management <br />Task Cost: $2,625.00 <br />Under this task, the RECIPIENT will complete all reporting and other grant management activities required to manage this <br />agreement. RECIPIENT must adhere to all requirements outlined in the grant guidelines for this program. Eligible costs must be <br />directly related to and necessary for the purpose of the grant, which is to conduct community engagement, develop, and <br />implement projects to reduce criteria air pollution. See page 15 of the grant guidelines for more information. <br />Within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter, the RECIPIENT will submit to ECOLOGY a quarterly Payment <br />Request/Progress Report (PRPR) in EAGL. Quarterly PRPRs are required whether or not reimbursement is requested. All <br />reimbursement requests require supporting documentation which must include invoices and evidence of work completed. <br />Evidence may include photos, progress reports, or other documentation as approved by Ecology. PRPRs due dates are as <br />follows: <br />• January 30th for the period October — December <br />• April 30th for the period January — March <br />• July 30th for the period April — June <br />• October 30th for the period July - September <br />Overhead/indirect may not exceed 25% of salaries and benefits. Administrative costs are eligible for reimbursement under this <br />grant agreement. All administrative costs must be necessary for and directly related to the purpose of the grant, which is to <br />conduct community engagement, develop, and implement projects to reduce criteria air pollution. Reimbursement requests for <br />administrative costs must include <br />Upon completion of the project, the RECIPIENT will submit a final Recipient Closeout Report in EAGL. <br />Task Goal Statement: <br />Complete reporting and requirements to manage the grant. <br />Task Expected Outcome: <br />Reporting and grant management task completed. <br />Template Version 12/10/2020 <br />
