RECIPIENT must adhere to all requirements outlined in the grant guidelines for this program. Eligible <br />costs must be directly related to and necessary for the purpose of the grant, which is to conduct community engagement, <br />develop, and implement projects to reduce criteria air pollution See page 15 of the grant guidelines for more information. <br />The project must lead to criteria air pollution emissions reduction in the overburdened community the project benefits. <br />Overhead/indirect costs may not exceed 25% of salaries and benefits. <br />Administrative costs are eligible for reimbursement under this grant agreement. All administrative costs must be necessary for <br />and directly related to the purpose of the grant, which is to conduct community engagement, develop, and implement projects <br />to reduce criteria air pollution. Reimbursement requests for administrative costs must include staff name, position, hourly rate, <br />hours worked, and work completed. <br />This contract is supported with funding from Washington's Climate Commitment Act and funded must satisfy the requirements <br />of directive 24-01, detailed in the Agreement Specific Terms and Conditions. <br />Task Goal Statement: <br />Develop strategies to foster ongoing collaboration among community groups, residents, and policymaker to address criteria air <br />pollution concerns. <br />Task Expected Outcome: <br />Sustained Collaboration: Improved communication among residents, community groups, and policymakers to support ongoing <br />air quality efforts. <br />Recipient Task Coordinator: Recipient Grant Manager <br />Improve Communication <br />Deliverables <br />Number <br />Description <br />Due Date <br />4.1 <br />RECIPIENT will submit plan to support long-term communication and <br />collaboration on criteria air pollution initiatives. <br />Template Version 12/10/2020 <br />
