RECIPIENT must adhere to all requirements outlined in the grant guidelines for this program. Eligible <br />costs must be directly related to and necessary for the purpose of the grant, which is to conduct community engagement, <br />develop, and implement projects to reduce criteria air pollution See page 15 of the grant guidelines for more information. <br />The project must lead to criteria air pollution emissions reduction in the overburdened community the project benefits. <br />Overhead/indirect costs may not exceed 25% of salaries and benefits. <br />Administrative costs are eligible for reimbursement under this grant agreement. All administrative costs must be necessary for <br />and directly related to the purpose of the grant, which is to conduct community engagement, develop, and implement projects <br />to reduce criteria air pollution.
