Response 1.1: Please provide a description of your project/event.* <br />Response 1.2: Please provide us link to a brief video summary of you organization's event/project.* <br />Webb Events LLC organizes high-energy, family-friendly events such as Arena cross, Snow Sled Challenge, and Cowboy Cross. <br />These events are designed for diverse participants, ranging from kids to professionals, providing thrilling experiences for <br />spectators and competitors alike. Events like the Cowboy Cross combines motorsports with rodeo elements, bringing together <br />different audiences, from adrenaline junkies to families looking for exciting entertainment. These events also provide ample <br />opportunities for local vendors and businesses to engage with tourists, creating a vibrant economic impact on Kittitas County. <br />We would like to cover all our events that we produce and continue trying to add new events to the calendar such as Snow <br />Challenge Sled Race (weather depending). <br />The heart of our events is offering racers the ultimate challenge. Participants, both local and from neighboring areas, will <br />compete showcasing their skills and endurance. The events we produce will include categories for various skill levels to <br />encourage broad participation. <br />Our goal is to attract attendees from a 50-mile radius outside of Kittitas County, drawing year-round enthusiasts, families, and <br />thrill-seekers looking for an unforgettable experience. With Kittitas as a strategic location and reputation as a motorsport hub, we <br />are well-positioned to tap into a regional audience. We plan to target potential attendees through: Online Marketing, Local <br />Partnerships, and Traditional Advertising. We aim to make each event accessible to all by offering spectator tickets at a <br />reasonable price. Away from their place of residence or business and staying overnight in paid accommodations; <br />2. To a place fifty miles or more away from their place of residence or business for the day or staying overnight; <br />3. Or from another country or state outside of their place of residence or business. <br />You must provide the evidence utilized in determining your projections.
