Is explicitly introduced or assigned by BoCC: self-explanatory <br /> <br />2.2 Topic Milestones <br />CSC further encourages County management to solicit Committee feedback at <br />any/every point of a project’s, program’s, or initiative’s life-cycle, including: <br />a. Feasibility: initial exploration of whether/how a topic should be pursued <br />b. Design: structuring and/or planning prior to construction, procurement, or <br />commitment of resources <br />c. Resourcing: identification of source(s) of funds or other assets for <br />deployment, and all related obligations <br />d. Procurement: requests, bids, contracting, warranties, and close-out <br />e. Amendment: material changes to earlier “milestones” and authorizations <br />f. Close-out: conclusion of prior phases and shift to implementation and/or <br />deployment <br />g. Other related project life-cycle milestones: any pertinent details not reflected <br />in items a-f, above <br /> <br />III. MEETINGS SCHEDULE (See Article 5): <br />3.1 Regular Meetings <br />Regular CSC meetings occur twice per month as follows: <br />1st Wednesday of each month in the BoCC Auditorium; and <br />3rd Wednesday of each month in the Jail Conference Room <br /> <br />3.2 Quarterly Meetings <br />a. BoCC: Prior to the end of the calendar quarter following the reporting-quarter, <br />in a CSC-member study session. <br />b. Management Team: First regular Management Team meeting following BoCC <br />presentation.
