`*+s BYLAWS OF THE <br />KITTITAS COUNTY FAIR BOARD <br />procedures related to accounting, contracts, purchases, and bid processes. Therefore, all contracts, <br />purchases, and bid processes must be performed and executed by the Event Center Director.
