EXHILBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following activities to <br />implementthe STRIVE program for Kittitas Countyyouth: <br />Project Objective: Enhancing Systems and Reducing Stigma <br />Activities: <br />Hiring and Training a Behavioral Support Specialist <br />Staff Training on Trauma -Informed Care, Stigma -Reduction and Behavioral Health <br />n Develop stigma reduction program for Clubs and Feeder Schools (Collaborate) <br />Implement SMART Moves and Positive Action Curricula <br />o Launch stigma reduction programs throughout Clubs and Feeder Schools <br />Ongoing Behavioral Support Services: Individualized trauma -informed care and SEL <br />Administer Pre -and Post -Program Surveys to Participants <br />C Community Engagement and Awareness Events and Activities <br />Project Objective: Increasing Prevention and Enhancing Access to Care and Services <br />Activities: <br />o Hiring and Onboarding the Behavioral Support Specialist <br />Implementing SMART Moves and Positive Action Programs for SEL and substance abuse <br />prevention. <br />o Screening youth for behavioral health and trauma -related issues. <br />C Training staff in Trauma -informed Care and Suicide Risk Assessment <br />o Providing direct behavioral health support and mentoring. <br />Partnering with local schools to expand access to prevention services <br />Facilitating group discussions, workshops, booths at events on prevention and mental <br />health <br />Kittitas County Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15 of 19 <br />
