Workers'Compensation in amounts required by Law. <br />Contractor shat[ furnish the County a Certificate of lnsurance with Endorsement as <br />evidence that poticies providing insurance required by this Agreement are in fu[t force and <br />effect. Contractor hereby waives al,l. rights of recourse, inctuding any right to which another <br />may be subrogated, against Kittitas County for personal injury, incl.uding death, and <br />property damage.
