MARCH 10, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright; Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Zack Dehaven, Assistant Finance Director; Josh <br />Fredrickson, Public Works Director; and two members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, CEO Kittitas County Chamber informed the Board that <br />they got their BDO Rating Application submitted. She also extended <br />an invitation to them to attend the Chamber Gala on March 20th for <br />their Business Awards @ Sweetwater Ranch at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. * Note there were no <br />PAF’s this week. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 7, 2025. <br /> <br />ACTION PERSONEL ACTION FORM - STIPENEND PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director, discussed with the Board a <br />PAF for Noxious Weed Employee Marc Eylar. He explained that the PAF <br />was for a stipend for Broadband GIS work for the County’s BEAD <br />Application that was applied for. He stated that the Consultant has <br />agreed to reduce his fee by the amount of the stipend ($5,000). He <br />also indicated that working with HR and Legal they will reimburse
