DISCUSSION: <br />The agreement between the City and County stipulated a completion date of December <br />31, 2023, to expend awarded funds from the County. Due to the timing of the project bid <br />and award in 2023, the project did not begin construction until 2024. The City of Roslyn <br />continued with the project and completed the project on November 15, 2024. <br />Approximately $8,000 has been paid for this project for design.
