BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - <br /> AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL OF LEVY <br /> CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD <br /> WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its <br /> budget for the Calendar Year 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has resolved(Resolution 2024- <br /> 206)the levying certification for the County Road for municipal purposes of <br /> Kittitas County; and <br /> WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works has worked with County <br /> Departments to obtain the information needed as part of the Certification of the <br /> road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produces for 2025 (Exhibit 1); and <br /> WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works is required(WAC 136-150)to <br /> submit an annual Digital Certification to'the County Road Administration Board <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board Digital Submittal Certification requires <br /> Board of County Commissioners Chair signature and submittal electronically. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br /> consideration and in the best interest of the public,does hereby move to approve Chair Signature <br /> on the Digital Submittal Certification to the County Road Administration Board. <br /> DATED this 24th day of February 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY,WASHINGTON <br /> Laura Osiadacz,Chairman <br /> Attest: <br /> ❑ Clerk of the Board-Julie Kjorsvik <br /> Cory Wright,Vice-Chairman <br /> ❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board-Mandy Buchholz <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
