'S <br />Exhibit A <br />Scope of Work <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste/Facility on -Call Services <br />Amendment 5 <br />Kittitas County, WA <br />Prepared For: Patti Stacey, Director <br />Prepared By: Dan Ireland, PE <br />Date Prepared: December 12, 2024 <br />Inf.rodtAction: <br />It is our pleasure to provide the following amendment to the existing on -call contract. <br />Phase 3 Jail Parking Lot <br />The following amendment for Phase 7 is to clarify the contracting amount conducted to date for work that has <br />already been completed for construction services associated with the Jail Parking Lot <br />Task 5 Construction Engineering for Jai( Parking Lot & EV`s <br />SubTask 1 Project Management - <br />1.1 Project set up, administration, monthly invoices and progress reports. <br />1.2 Sub -consultant administration and scheduling. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Monthly invoices in pdf format via email. <br />• Email progress reports <br />Assumptions: <br />• Project management will occur over a 3-month period. <br />SubTask 2 Pre -Construction — <br />2.1 Prepare bid tabulations, review and check bid proposals, and prepare award recommendation <br />letter. <br />2.2 Coordinate with County inspector to discuss project documentation requirements, forms to use <br />and inspection requirements. <br />2.3 Pre -construction meeting. Prepare agenda and invite interested parties, attend and run <br />meeting, provide sign up sheet, and prepare meeting minutes. <br />Deliverables: <br />
