Mr. <br />Bala proposed a Minor Modification Procedure Process in which the <br />Director of CDS would have the authority to make minor modifications <br />to documents without Board approval if the modification does not <br />change the main content of the document. He stated that for major <br />modifications, a new Development Agreement would be written and <br />brought before the Board. <br /> <br />THERE WAS NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY AND THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br />HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2025-021 AMEND SWAUK CREEK DEVEOPMENT AGREEMENT CDS <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAIN WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2025-021, <br />Authorizing an Amendment to the Ranch at Swauk Creek Development <br />Agreement (DA-24-00001)to Correct Scrivener’s Errors. COMMISSIONER <br />WACHSMITH seconded the motion.
