{ <br />airyon; and any usc that would bc prohibited by ol woulcl impair coverage under either pafy's <br />insurance policies. <br />4.2 Contply with AII Laws: <br />LESSEE and LESSEI's associates shall comply at all timcs, al LISSEE's sole cost, witlt <br />any and all laws and regulations (as amended or otherwisc modified tiorn time to time) that <br />are applicable to LESSEE's usc, occupancy, or operations at the PREMISIS or the airport <br />(the "Laws and Regulations"), rvhich include, but are not limitcd to, all laws. statutes, <br />ordinances, regulations, codes, and other prol'louncements of atty kind having the effect of <br />law including, but not limited to, the Airport Rulcs and Regr"rlations and Airporl Minimunl <br />Standards as adopted fronr time to time, airport master plans and zoning codes, and all <br />Laws and Rcgulations perlaining to the environment (the "Environtnental Laws"); any and <br />all plans and programs developed in cornpliance with such rcquircmcnts (including, but <br />not lirnitetl to, any Airport Security Plan); and all lawtul, reasonable, aud <br />nondiscriminatory airport policies and other requirements. <br />4.3 Permits and Licenses: <br />LESSEE shall obtain and maintain in current staftrs all permits and licenses that are <br />requirecl under any Laws and Regulations in connection with LESSEE's use, occupancy, <br />or operations at the PREMISES or thc airport. <br />4.4 Taxes and Liens: <br />LESSEE shall pay, or cause to be paid, before delinquency, any and all taxes levied, assessed <br />and/or which become payable during the LUASE term hereof upon all or any parl of tlie <br />improvements, aircraft, equipment, f,miture, fixtures and other persottal properfy located in <br />or on the PREMISES or that relate to LESSEE's use, occupancy, or operations at the <br />PREMISES or the airporr, together with alt othcr obligations tbr which a lien may be <br />created relating thereto, including, but not limited to, utility charges and work for or on <br />any lmprovements. <br />4.5 Signage and Advertising: <br />LESSEE is not authorized to install or operatc any sigrtage outside of enclosed structures <br />on the PREMISES, other than the property address and hangar number, or at the airporl, <br />cxcept with the prior written approval of LESSOR. Any approved signage shall bc at <br />LESSEE's expense and shall conrply with Laws and Regulations, <br />4.6 Security: <br />LESSEE and LESSEE's associates shall at all times when on or about the airport contply <br />with all security measures that LESSOR, Federal Aviation Adlninistration, state, county or <br />any other govcrnmcntal entily having jurisdiction may require in connection with uscrs of <br />LBSSoR IIU/4LESSEr Rvn a
