TI. INDEMNI-TY AND INSURANCE: 8.1 Indcmnity by LESSEE: Subject to the provisions of Section 8.4 below. LESSEE will save and hold LESSOR. ancl LESSOR's Ass<lciates hannless lrom and agairrst all loss, damage, liability or expense, including reasonable attomeys' f'ees, resulting fiom, claimed by or against or incurrcd by LESSOR or arising fiom any injury to any person or loss of or damage to any property caused by or resulting fiom any negligent act or omission or willftrl misconduct of LESSEE or LESSEE's Associates itt. on or about the PREMISES or AIRPORT or arising from or incurred by rcason of any breach or default in the perfbrmance of any obligation on LESSEE's pa$ to be perfbmed under the terms of this LEASE and from and against all costs, reasonable attomeys' f'ees, expenscs and liabilities incuned in or about such claim or any action or proceeding brought thereon.
