15. Att parties to this intertocaI Agreement agree to cooperate and make good faith efforts to <br />assist one another in futfitting its terms. <br />16. The parties to this lntertocaI Agreement do not intend to assume any contractual <br />obl.igations to anyone other than the parties to this lntertocaI Agreement. The parties do <br />not intend that there be any third-party beneficiaries. <br />17. NopartiestothislnterlocalAgreementshatlhavetherighttotransferorassign,in <br />whote or in part, any or atl. of its obtigations and rights hereunder without the prior <br />written consent of authorized representatives of the other parties. <br />1 8. This intertocat Agreement may be amended, altered, or changed in any manner by the mutuaI <br />written consent of an authorized representatives of al.l. parties herein. <br />19. Copies of this lnterlocal Agreement, together with the resolutions of a[[ parties' <br />governing bodies' approvat and ratification of this lntertocaI Agreement, sha[[ be posted <br />on the County's website after execution of the lntertocat Agreement by att parties. <br />20.ln the event any titigation should arise from this tntertocal Agreement, the venue of such <br />action of titigation shatt be in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for the <br />County of Kittitas. The taw of the State of Washington sha[[ govern this Agreement. <br />21.|t any term or condition of this [nterlocal Agreement or the apptication thereof to any <br />person(s) or circumstances is hetd invatid, such invalidity shatt not affect other terms, <br />conditions or apptications which can be given effect without the invatid term, condition <br />or apptication.
