Summary Descrlptlon of Auard <br />The purpose of the Flsoal Year 2023 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLOGP) ls to assist state, looal, and <br />terrltorial (SLT) governments wlth managlng and reduclng systemlc cyber risk. Through funding from the lnfrastructure <br />lnvestmerrt and Jobs Act, also known as the Blpartisan lnfrastructure Law, the SLCGP enables DHS to make targeted <br />cybersecurlty lnvestmonts in SLT government agencieo, thus lmproving the security of crltical infrastructure and improving the <br />reeillence of the seruices SLT governments provlde their community, This SLCGP award provides fundlng in the amount of: <br />$7,403,503 for the state of Washln$on. Of this amount, up to $370,175 can be retained by the State Administrative Agency <br />(SAA) for management and adminlstratlve expenses, and a total of $1,850,876 ls the requlred cost share. <br />The terms of the approved lnvestment Justlfication(e) and Project Worksheet(s) eubmitted by the recipient are incorporated <br />into the terms of this Federal award, subJect to the addltlonal deocrlption and limltations stated in this Agreement Artlcle and <br />the llmitations stated in subsequent revlews by FEMA and CISA of the award budget, Post-award documents uploaded into <br />ND Grants for this award are also inoorporated into the terme and condltions of this award, subject to any llmltatlons stated in <br />subsequent approvals by FEMA and CISA of ohanges to the award, lnvestments not listed in this Agreement Artlcle are not <br />approved for fundlng under thls award. <br />Artlcle ll - SLCGP Performance Goal <br />ln addltion to the Performanoe Progress Report (PPR) submlsslon requlrements due January 30, outlined ln NOFO Appendlx <br />A-11, reciplents must demonstrate how the grant-funded projects address the capabllity gaps idontified in their Cybersecurity <br />Plan or other relevant documentation or sustalns exlsting capabilitles per the C|SA-approved lnvestment Justification.
