The Tenant will not place or erect signs of any kind on the exterior of the <br />premises, without the prior express written consent of the Landlord. <br />Parking: <br />16. The Tenant will park vehictes outside the Premises only in designated <br />parking spaces. <br />No Alteration to Premises without Consent: <br />17.
