{ <br />4. <br />(g) <br />(b) <br />(c) <br />(h) "Monthly Renf' means the monthly rent payable by the Tenant to <br />the Landlord during ayear of the Term as shown on the first page <br />of this Lease; <br />'Premises" means the hangar leased by the Tenant from the <br />Landlord and described on the first page of this Lease; <br />the terms and conditions of this Lease will remain in fullforce and <br />effect, except as provided in this paragraph; <br />from time to time in its sole discretion the Landlord may adjust the <br />Monthly Rent by providing advance notice to the Tenant of the <br />adjusted Monthly Rent; and <br />either the Landlord or the Tenant may terminate this Lease by <br />providing a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice of the intent <br />to terminate this Lease to the other party. <br />'Tenanf'means the individual, corporation or other entity which is <br />the tenant under this Lease, and identified as the Tenant on the <br />first page of this Lease; and <br />'Term" means the period of months or years comprising the initial <br />term of this Lease commencing and ending on the dates shown on <br />the first page of this Lease, and any extension of this Lease on a <br />month-to-month basis as provided for herein. <br />Lease of Premises: <br />Z. The Landlord hereby leases the Premises to the Tenant on the terms and <br />conditions set forth in this Lease. <br />Term <br />(i) <br />0) <br />3.This Lease will commence on the first day of the Term and end on the last <br />day of the Term, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Lease. <br />ttotryitfrstanding anything contained in this Lease, the Term may not <br />extend beyond the term of the Ground Lease. <br />lf the Tenant remains in occupation of the Premises at the end of the <br />initial Term, the Term of the Lease will be considered to be extended on a <br />month-to-month basis and: <br />(a) <br />Ground Lease Exhibit C - 3
