f <br />Statements Required bY Law: <br />RCW 1g.150.120 requires this Lease to contain the following statements: the <br />Tenant is required to disclose any lienholders or secured parties who have an <br />interest in the property that is orwill be stored in the Premises;the Tenant's <br />ftp"rty will be ruOj"6t to a claim of tien and may even be sold to satisfy the lien <br />it tn'" rnt or other "h"rg"s <br />due remain unpaid for fourleen (14) consecutive days; <br />and such actions are authorized by Chapter 19.150 RCW' <br />Preamble: <br />A. The Landlord has constructed a building containing hangars suitable for <br />the storage and maintenance of aircraft at the Kittitas County Airport on <br />certain land leased by the Landlord from Kittitas County under a ground <br />lease; and <br />B. The Tenant desires to lease a hangar from the Landlord under the terms <br />and conditions of this Lease. <br />THIS LEASE WITNESSES that the Landlord and the Tenant agree as follows: <br />Definitions: <br />1. ln this Lease the following terms have the meanings set forth below: <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />'Airport" means the Kittitas County Airport (Bowers Field) located <br />in Kittitas CountY, Washington; <br />"Alternative Address" means the name and addreSs of the Tenant's <br />altemative name and address for notices as identified on the first <br />page of this Lease; <br />"County'' means Kittitas County, a municipal corporation operating <br />the Airport and the landlord under the Ground Lease; <br />"Ground Lease" means the ground lease under which the Landlord <br />leased certain lands from the County on which the Landlord <br />constructed the hangar building in which the Premises is located; <br />,,Landlord" means carrera Hangars LP, a limited partnership <br />formed in the State of Washington, and the landlord under this <br />Lease; <br />"Lease" means this lease under which the Tenant haS leased the <br />Premises from the Landlord; <br />(c) <br />(d) <br />(e) <br />(0 <br />Ground Lease Exhibit C - 2
