KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT -BOWERS FIELD <br />R< <br />Lease Addendum <br />THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE is made and dated this day of, , 2025, by and <br />between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, hereinafter referred <br />to as the LESSOR, and RON AND SONJA MITCHELL, and hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS LESSOR and LESSEE entered into a Lease on November 1, 2022, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br />WHEREAS, Exhibit C "Rent Schedule" outlines the Rental Rates for the term of said Lease; and <br />WHEREAS, in auditing of said Lease, Exhibit C "Rent Schedule" has calculation inconsistencies <br />that require correcting; and <br />WHEREAS, upon correction of said calculation inconsistency Exhibit C "Rent Schedule" will be <br />amended to reflect a new Rental Rate through the year 2027 in the amount of $1,183.46, not including <br />leasehold tax; and <br />WHEREAS, the yearly Lease rate shall be increased by eight percent (8%) every five (5) years <br />as a set Lease rate increase through the Lease term; and <br />WHEREAS, Exhibit C "Rent Schedule" reflects scrivener's errors in the listed Term(s) of said <br />Lease that requires correcting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the parties to an amendment <br />to Exhibit C "Rent Schedule" as follows: <br />EXHIBIT C: RENT SCHEDULE (Supersedes Section 3.1) <br />Rates are based on 7,396.60 Sq.
