The County staff wt-o perform evaluations of subcontractor work s tes will promptly report to DSHS per DDA Policy 6-08, Incident Management and Reporting Requirements for County and County - Contracted Providers, if: (1) They have reasoiable cause :o believe that abandonment, abuse, financial exploitation or neglect (as defined in RCW 74.34.020) of a person who has a developmental disability (as defined in RCW 7 1A.10.C20) has occurred, and, (2) If they have reason to suspect that sexuFl or physical assault of such a person has occurred, they shall also immediately report to the appropriate law enforcement agency. m. Counties are specifically autl-orized to have data storage on portable devices or media in accordance with the Data Security Requirements. n. Statement of Work: Th!� County shall provide tie services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidertal to the performance of work, as set forth below.
