Review and <br />negotiations began after identifying needed amendments to <br />Agreement language to further strengthen the partnership between <br />Kittitas County and the Ellensburg Rodeo as well as met <br />requirements for project funding. The Event Center Director and <br />Ellensburg Rodeo President, Carl Jensvold, worked diligently since <br />July to come up with new and updated language both parties agreed <br />on. <br />Major updates were made in Section 20 and 24 while minor updates <br />were made in Section 9 and Section 13. The rental fee amount in <br />Section 4 was also updated to today's rate after instituted CPI <br />increases. The other update made throughout the entirety of the <br />Agreement was the branding designation of the "Ellensburg Rodeo <br />Arena". <br />Both parties are confident this amended Agreement is a success and <br />benefit on both sides.
