iii) Within 10 days of receipt of an Association response, the Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Director or designee shall schedule a meeting with the Association designee(s). The <br />Kittitas Valley Event Center Director or designee shall have the opportunity to review <br />or modify the proposed sponsorship agreement and notify the Association of any <br />changes prior to the meeting, if applicable. <br />iv) If necessary, the Association shall notify the Kittitas Valley Event Center Director or <br />designee within 45 days of the scheduled meeting in writing to request additional <br />review and written comment with the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners at a <br />mutually agreed upon date. Failure to respond withing 45 days shall be considered <br />approval of the proposed agreement by the Association. <br />Critical branding elements to the Association, identified in part i-vi of this Section, shall <br />not be modified. However, part i-ii may qualify to have a Presenting Sponsor, in which the name <br />listed herein remains unchanged, but may be followed by: "presented by (Sponsor Name)". <br />Presenting Sponsor agreements for part i-iii require Association approval. <br />i) Western Village <br />ii) Behind the Chutes <br />iii) Gold Buckle Club <br />iv) Red Arena Wall with script "Ellensburg Rodeo Every Labor Day Weekend" and logo <br />v) Rough Stock and Timed Event Chutes <br />vi) Big Screen Monitor Structures <br />Any County sponsorship funding that is tied to physical advertising on any part of the <br />Rodeo Grounds is to be restricted in use to capital improvement projects on the Rodeo Grounds. <br />This policy is established in Resolution 2024-014 outlining that sponsorship money is to be <br />received into the 309 KVEC Capital Improvements Fund, which has a dedicated fund code for <br />Rodeo Grounds improvements under "Rodeo Activity". This structure is showcased in Diagram <br />24.1. The Resolution also provides the approval process for using these funds for proposed <br />improvements. <br />Diagram 24.1 <br />rZ <br />25.
