Spring/early summ er 2O23: parking lot and landscaping worko Late summer 2023: Grand opening <br />KVEC Use Agreement <br />We will provide KVEC the parking lots on parcels 139734 and 043734 for Rodeo week at <br />no cost for the first seven year. After the first seven years I(VEC will be offered to lease <br />those parking lots at a reasonable market-based tease rate. Additionally for the first <br />seven years KVEC or Kittitas County will be offered meeting rooms free of charge up to <br />24 times per year.
