To Whom lt May Concern: <br />I would like to start off by saying thank you for the opportunity to work with Kittitas <br />County on this great and necessary project. I believe that we can provide a great place <br />for the community while following the guidelines of the Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />master plan. <br />Propose/s Objective: <br />Our goal with the bowling alley is to turn it into a thriving bowling alley that supports <br />our community- We will provide much needed fun and safe entertainment for friends <br />and family allyear round. In addition, we will provide meeting and gathering places for <br />the county as well. <br />Propose/s Organization, Team & Similar properties: <br />The structure of the business that will be carrying out this project will be an LLC owned <br />and managed by Ryan Wales. lcurrently own and operate Ellensburg Solar LLC which is <br />Washington state's largest solar installation contractor with offices in Ellensburg and <br />Liberty [ake' My wife and lalso own approximately 150 rental units in the Ellensburg <br />area and a few commercial properties in Spokane county that we operated with a small <br />group of employees. My wife and t also have about 15 years of combined hospitality and <br />resta urant management experience. <br />Development Proposal <br />our plans to redevelop Rodeo Bowl wilr be broken down into three steps: <br />1) lnterior- a complete remodel of the inside. This includes will include new bowling <br />lane equipment, flooring, business equipmen! lighting plumbing, electrical, etc. <br />The final product will be a bowling alley with a full restaurant, two meeting <br />rooms, and arcade area. <br />2) Building exterior- The exterior of the building will be redone with a new parapet <br />wallto increase curb appealfrom University Way.
