Level of Education Amount per month, above base pay <br />Associates 1o/o <br />Bachelors 2To <br />Masters 3o/o <br />ARTICLE 23 - STRI S AND LOCKOUTS <br />23j Strikes, slowdowns, work stoppages, or any other interference with the work by the employees are <br />prohibited. <br />23.2 The Employer may discharge and/or discipline any employee who violates Section 23.1. No <br />employee shall be entitled to any pay and/or benefits for the period in which he/she engaged in any <br />strikes, slowdowns, work stoppages or other interference with work. <br />23.3 Nothing contained herein shall preclude the Employer from obtaining judicial restraint and damages <br />in the event of a violation of this Article. <br />23.4 No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the Employer <br />ARTICLE 24 -EDICAL. DENTAL. VISION AND LIFE BENEFITS <br />24.1 Medical: Effective January 1,2025, and for the remaining term of this Agreement, the following <br />medical, dental and vision provisions shall apply. <br />A.Medical coverage will be provided through Washington Teamsters Welfare Trust Health and <br />Welfare Plan A, dental coverage will be provided through WTWT Dental Plan A, vision <br />coverage will be provided through Vision Plan EXT, and life coverage will be provided <br />through WTWT Life Plan B. <br />B. Effective January 1,2Q22, and for each year of the contract, the total cost of health care <br />(medical, dental, vision, and life) each month shall be divided between the Employer and the <br />employee on the basis of the Employer paying ninety percent (90%) of the total health care <br />cost and the employee paying ten percent (10%) of the total health care cost by payroll <br />deduction. To be eligible for health care coverage, the employee must have been <br />compensated for eighty (80) hours or more in the preceding month. <br />24.2 All of the above-referenced medical, dental, vision and life plans are subject to the Washington <br />Teamsters Welfare Trust Health and Welfare Plan provisions. All costs, coverage and conditions of <br />eligibility are subject to the terms, conditions, procedures, and guidelines established from time to <br />time by the Washington Teamsters Health and Welfare Plans; thus, the parties to this Agreement <br />agree to adhere to said changes during the term of this Agreement. The Employer's contribution <br />toward health care for regular parttime employees shall be on a pro-rata basis, based upon the <br />employee's assigned hours. <br />24.3 Provisions of 24.1 and 24.2 are contingent upon the continued availability or selection of the current <br />coverage programs in place through the Washington Teamsters Welfare Trust. <br />2L
