ORDINANCE 2025-001 2024 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN CDS <br />Approve Ordinance No. 2025-001, Revisions of the Kittitas County Code <br />and Comprehensive Plan as Part of the 2024 Annual Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment Cycle. <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE MISCELLANEOUS - NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:12 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session with Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor, <br />for 10 minutes, under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:22 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
