01/07/2025 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2025-002 CITY OF ELLENSBURG PUBLIC DEFENSE <br />Approve Resolution No. 2025-002, Approving an Amendment of the Existing <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ellensburg and Kittitas County <br />on Behalf of the Kittitas County Department of Public Defense, in the <br />amount of $75,000.00 for 2025 defense costs. <br /> CALL FOR BIDS TOWING SERVICES MAINTENANCE <br />Approve a Notice of Call for Sealed Bids for Towing Services for County <br />parking lots and other County properties, to be accepted until January <br />22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at 205 West 5th Avenue Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA <br />and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> AGREEMENTS LAW & JUSTICE COUNCIL GRANT FUNDS AUDITOR <br />Approve Agreements Awarding Law & Justice Grant Funds for 2025, as <br />awarded in Resolution No. 2024-189, in the total amount of $120,255.10, <br />between Kittitas County and the Kittitas County Auxiliary Communications <br />Service, Cle Elum Police Department, Kittitas County Jail, Court <br />Advocates for Children for Kittitas County, Neil Musser (EHS)/Jen <br />Margheim (KCSO)/Lucas Anderson (EPD), Kittitas Valley Event Center, <br />HopeSource L&J Behavioral Health Services, Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office, and the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> RESOLUTION 2025-003 CHANGE IN OFFICE HOURS AUDITOR <br />Approve Resolution No. 2025-003, Authorizing a Change in the Office <br />Hours for the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office, through March 3, 2025, <br />in order to assess the impacts on service levels and Staff. <br /> RESOLUTION 2025-004 2025 HOTEL/MOTEL TAX FUND GRANTS AUDITOR <br />Approve Resolution No. 2025-004, Adopting the Distribution of the 2025 <br />Hotel/Motel Tax Fund Grants. <br /> AGREEMENT STERICYCLE SHERIFF <br />Acknowledge a Service Agreement between Stericycle and the Kittitas <br />County Jail, to dispose of biohazardous regulated medical waste. <br /> RESOLUTION 2025-005 SHERIFF’S OFFICE CIVIL FEE SHERIFF <br />Approve Resolution No. 2025-005, Amending the Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office Civil Fee Schedule Setting the Amount of Fees that Shall be <br />Collected by the Sheriff to Cover the Costs of Administration and <br />Operation for the Sheriff’s Official Services. <br /> <br />
