The issues discussed relate to the
Enterprise Technology Fund’s financial health due to not budgeting for
WFH equipment this year. A potential solution to use rotated equipment
that has been deemed to be in good condition was discussed as the most
cost-effective option. The Board believes that WFH has conditions that
need to be met for staff to be allowed to work from home. Assistant IT
Director Zane believes there are WFH policies that cover worker’s
eligibility and home setup requirements.
