The rezone will <br />allow the current use of the property to be consistent and compatible with the zoning code, as well as <br />existing pennitted uses and upitoulO uses on site. A rezone application (R224-00001), and SEPA <br />checklist were submitted as part^of the application packet. A SEPA mitigated threshold determination of <br />non-significance (MDNS) was issued witft u timely SEPA appeal filed on October 10,2024. The SEPA <br />Thresh-old determination was withdrawn, and a new mitigated threshold determination (MDNS) was re- <br />issued. A timely SEPA appeal was filed on october 2go',2024. The SEPA appeal was considered by the <br />Board of County Commisiion..r prior to considering the rezone application.
