Any well which is tmusable, abandoned, or <br />whose use has been permanently discontinued, or which is in such disrepair tiat its continued use is impractical or is an environmental, <br />safety or public health hazar{ shall be decommissioned. <br />-All wells shall bo tagged with a Depaflment of E€olory unique well idsntification numbs.
