If you have an existing well and it does not have a tag please contact the well-drilling coordinator at the regional Deparunent of Ecolog/ office issuing Oris decision, This tag shall remain attached io the well. Water Use Eltrciency The water right hotder is required to mahtain efficient water delivery systems arrd use of up-todate water consewation practices consistent with RCW 90.03.005. Proof of Apprcpriatlon The water right holder shall file the notice ofProofofAppropriation ofwater (rmder whioh the certificate ofwater right is issued) when the pemansnt disb:ibution system has besn constructed and the quantity of water is required by tho projec{ has been pd to full benefisial uss. The certificate will reflect the e$ent of the project perfected within the limitalions of the permit. Elemenb of a proof inspection may includg, as appropriate, the source(s), system instantaneous capacity, beneficial use(s) annual quantity, place of usg and satisftction of provisions. Schedule and Inspections Dspartment of Bcolory personnel, upon prcsentation of proper credentials, shall have aecess at reasonable times, to the project location' and to inspect at rpasonable times, records of water use, wells, diversion, rneasuring devices and associated distnbutiotr qystems for compliance with water law.
