Ifyou are required to submit water measuring reports, referenc€ this tag number. <br />Installation and maintenance of an access port as described in WAC 173-160-291(3) is required for all wells' <br />Messuremcnts, Monitoring, Metering, and Reporting <br />An approved measuring device shall be installed and maintained for each ofthe souces identified by this water riglrt in accondance with the <br />nrle "Requirements for Measuring and Reporting Water Use," WAC 173-1'73, <br />httu ://www.ecy.wa.sov/prosr"m slwr/measuring/moasurinehome.html, <br />You (applicant) must measure and rcport you! water use in accordance with the "Upper Kittitas Groundwater Rule" WAC 1'73-5394470, <br />htto://www.ecy.wa.govibiblio/wacl73539A.htnrl. Water use data shall be recorded weekly and maintained by each property owner as long <br />as practicable, and copios made available to Ecolory when requested. 'I'he maximrnl, individual and combined rates of wiftdrawal and the <br />anlual individual and combined total volume for each residence shall be submitted to the Departooent of Bcolory by lanuary 3 1'r of each <br />calendar year. <br />Recorded water lse data shall be submitted via the Intemet. To set up an Intemot rsporting account, contact the CenEal Regional Offrce.
