The location and consbuction of any well proposed within the EZzSW% of Sootion 34' T' 20 N., <br />R 17 E.W.M., must receive specific plior review and wiitten approval from the Department of Ecoiogy to ensure that water levels <br />within Unrt 3 in tho vicinity of the Dunford and McCallum Springs will not be lowered by pumping &om the new well. <br />Wells drilted lbfgggh Unit 4 (G4-35544) and into an underlying unit shall be required, at minimum, to have a solid casing through <br />Urdt 4. A minimum 10O-foot spacing from cxisting wells is required within the Unit 4 boundaries. <br />Within the Unit 4 boundaties, specifically *om the soutlern extont of Hiddcn Valley in the NW/r of Section 33, T. 20 N., R. l7 <br />E.W.M., north to the northern boundary of the proposed place of use for these eight permit applications in the SZe of Section 22 and <br />extending into the SW% of Seclion 23, T.20 N., R l? E'W.M. <br />Wells drilled !@g[ Unit 4 into underlying groundwater units shall be cased and sealed a minimum of 100 feet into the underlying <br />unit or to a depth identilied by the Departrnent ofEcology technical sAffduring consultation prior to drilling' <br />Groundwater Unit 5 (c4-35545) hx regions where wells will etrcounter significant clays and likely result in low yield-and slow <br />recovery wells.
