December 2 , 2024 <br /> Board Members Present: Brett Wachsmith, Michael Karraker, Andrea <br /> Hochleutner (Web Ex) , Matthew Stalder, Bradley Esparza, Joan Neslund, <br /> Nancy Goodloe <br /> Others: Candi Blackford (Clerk) , Chelsey Loeffers (Kittitas County <br /> Public Health Director) <br /> Called to Order <br /> Brett Wachsmith called the meeting to order at 1 : 31 pm. <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> Jessica Karraker stepped to the microphone and expressed her concerns <br /> with lack of communication with the public about Mountain River Trails <br /> and the displacement of those who were living there. This adds to the <br /> homelessness issue in the county. <br /> Minute Approval <br /> Brett Wachsmith asked for a motion to approve November 4, 2024, meeting <br /> minutes as presented. <br /> 12 .01 : Motion to approve the November 4,2024 meeting minutes as <br /> presented. Nancy Goodloe moved to approve November 4, 2024; meeting <br /> minutes as presented. Jan Neslund second. All approved. Motion 12 . 01 <br /> carried to approve the meeting minutes as presented. <br /> Committee Business <br /> Review By-laws and BOCC Resolution 2020-033 Change in Membership to HAHC <br /> Member Updates <br /> The group discussed the current By-laws and the current resolution in <br /> reference to membership on the committee . The group agreed it would like <br /> to change the current wording on resolution specifically referencing the <br /> upper county position from: <br /> • One member from the City of Cle Elum, City of South Cle Elum or the <br /> City of Roslyn a member of or nominated by the Cle Elum City <br /> Council, South Cle Elum City Council, or Roslyn City Council . <br /> And replace with: <br /> • One member of Kittitas County that resides in Commissioner District <br /> 12/02/2024 Minutes <br />
