2658 - Approisers Union <br />lll - Sales Analyst is not available from within the bargaining unit, the Employer may seek <br />Appraiser lll (FullJourney) level candidates from outside the County. <br />The Appraiser lll / Appraiser lll - Sales Analyst, when promoted to Appraiser lV - Lead <br />Appraiser, will move to Step 1 of the Appraiser lV - Lead Appraiser pay grade, or to a <br />step within the Appraiser lV - Lead Appraiser pay grade that provides a minimum of a <br />5% increase over their current Appraiser lll / Appraiser lll - Sales Analyst step, whichever <br />is higher. <br />C.
