The Appraiser lV - Sails Analyst plans, distributes, and directs work within the <br />Sales Analyst branch of the Appraisal department. At the Appraiser lV level, the employee is <br />expected to perform research and make recommendations for policy and procedural changes <br />and improvements. The Appraiser lV trains and provides technical guidance to other appraisers <br />When a job opening occurs, only Appraiser lll- Sales Analyst level employees within the <br />bargaining unit, with a minimum of five (5)years in the position will be considered for this <br />position. <br />A <br />t The Appraisei lll - Sales Analyst, when promoted to Appraiser lV - Sales Analyst, will <br />move to Step 1 of the Appraiser lV - Sales Analyst pay grade, or to a step within the <br />Appraiser lV/Sales Analyst pay grade that provides a minimum of a 5% increase over <br />their current Appraiser lll - Sales Analyst step, whichever is higher. <br />C. This level is limited to one (1) employee <br />APPRAISER IV _ LEAD APPRAISER <br />A.This level is distinguished from the third level by the advanced knowledge and complexity of <br />appraisal work. The incumbent serves as the planner of technical work of lower-level Appraisers, <br />which includes scheduling and distributing the workload of the Appraisal department. At the <br />Appraiser lV - Lead Appraiser level, the employee is expected to perform research and make <br />recommendations for policy and procedural changes and improvements.
