3 <br />2658 - Appraisers Union <br />computer and analytical skills, then the candidate may be advanced to step 1 of the <br />Sales Analyst pay scale. lf a candidate has strong sales analysis experience when first <br />hired, then they may start at Sales Analyst step 1. <br />Appraiser l/ll level candidates promoted to an Apprentice Sales Analyst willfollow the <br />same step plan from their current position until promoted to Journey Level Appraiser lll <br />From there they will follow the verbiage outlined in Article B(1) of this section. <br />D <br />C. Database management and statistical skills may be considered as relevant experience <br />This level is limited to two (2) employees, one of whom acts as administrator of the appraisal <br />and assessment software system. <br />APPRAISER IV - SALES ANALYST <br />B <br />This level is distinguished from the third level by the advanced knowledge and complexity of <br />appraisal work. The Appraiser lV - Sails Analyst plans, distributes, and directs work within the <br />Sales Analyst branch of the Appraisal department. At the Appraiser lV level, the employee is <br />expected to perform research and make recommendations for policy and procedural changes <br />and improvements. The Appraiser lV trains and provides technical guidance to other appraisers <br />When a job opening occurs, only Appraiser lll- Sales Analyst level employees within the <br />bargaining unit, with a minimum of five (5)years in the position will be considered for this <br />position. <br />A <br />t The Appraisei lll - Sales Analyst, when promoted to Appraiser lV - Sales Analyst, will <br />move to Step 1 of the Appraiser lV - Sales Analyst pay grade, or to a step within the <br />Appraiser lV/Sales Analyst pay grade that provides a minimum of a 5% increase over <br />their current Appraiser lll - Sales Analyst step, whichever is higher. <br />C. This level is limited to one (1) employee <br />APPRAISER IV _ LEAD APPRAISER <br />A.This level is distinguished from the third level by the advanced knowledge and complexity of <br />appraisal work. The incumbent serves as the planner of technical work of lower-level Appraisers, <br />which includes scheduling and distributing the workload of the Appraisal department. At the <br />Appraiser lV - Lead Appraiser level, the employee is expected to perform research and make <br />recommendations for policy and procedural changes and improvements. The Appraiser lV trains <br />and provides technical guidance to other appraisers. <br />When a job opening occurs, only Appraiser lll (Full Journey) and Sales Analyst level employees <br />within the bargaining unit will first be considered for this position. lf an Appraiser lll / Appraiser <br />B. <br />27
