BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S SIGNATURE ON <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COST -SHARING AGREEMENT FOR THE ASPECT <br />CONSULTING COST -REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT G4-36135 <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County maintains a water banking program accepted by the Washington <br />State Department of Ecology and administered by the Public Works Department; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works submitted water right application G4-36135 to the <br />Department of Ecology to expand Kittitas County's "over-the-counter" water <br />mitigation program; and <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Ecology has advised Kittitas County to utilize the Department <br />of Ecology's Cost -Reimbursement Program to process water right application G4- <br />36135; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County and Mr. Victor Jansen both have an interest in the outcome in <br />permit application G-436135 and wish to cost share on permit processing costs; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does authorize Chair of County Commissioner's Signature on Kittitas <br />County Cost -Sharing Agreement for the Aspect Consulting Cost -Reimbursement Agreement G4- <br />36135. <br />DATED this 17th day of December 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
