The quoted services as outlined <br />herein are based on information furnished in the bid drawings, specs, and/or as provided by you: <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Provide the following in the Treasurer's Office and Assessor's Office: <br />Remove & reinstall a single window pane/glazing above the exterior door in the Treasurer's Office to be utilized as <br />a negative air unit exhaust point <br />Remove & dispose of acoustical insulation finish material at each of the damaged/delaminating locations <br />surrounding ceiling HVAC registers in the Treasurer's Office & Assessor's Office. <br />Apply a bridging encapsulant to the remaining ceiling materials at the removal locations to seal the exposed <br />plaster ceiling and edges of ACM acoustical insulation. <br />*Scope includes the following perState, Federal, and Local Regulations; Thorough pre -clean of the subject work areas, <br />setup of a Negative Pressure Enclosure (NPE) with proper decontamination & load out chambers in all work areas, setup <br />of HEPA filtered negative air machines to facilitate a minimum of (4) air exchanges per hour in each containment <br />protection/covering of building surfaces to remain in the work areas with (2) layers of independently sealed 6-mil poly <br />sheeting, and intact removal of all ACM's. <br />INCLUSIONS: <br />Certified labor, prevailing wages, intent/affidavit, submittals, equipment, materials, insurance, regulatory asbestos <br />permits, environmental & personnel air monitoring and PCM analysis, mobilization, and fees necessary to complete the <br />project as specified, except as noted in "Assumptions & Exclusions". <br />ASSUMPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS: <br />1. Assumes power & water sources will be available for use at the project site, provided by the client. <br />2. Assumes contents or items in the work area(s) will be removed by others prior to arrival, if applicable. <br />3. Assumes the owner will hire a third -party Consultant/IH to perform pre & post abatement air sampling. <br />4. Excludes conducting any work outside of normal operating hours. <br />5.
