NOVEMBER 18, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz; Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Josh <br />Fredrickson, Public Works Director; Jeanne Killgore, HR Director; <br />Bryan Elliott, Auditor; Cody Cupp, Project Manager; and one member <br />of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Pat Kelleher stated that he has asked for an access policy for a <br />long-time specific inquiries regarding access to recreation off <br />Stone Road, and now that the County has purchased Springwood, we <br />have an access policy. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending November 15, 2024. <br /> <br />APPOINTMEMT HOMELESSNESS & AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the appointment of Skylar <br />Bisom-Rapp for a two-year term to the Kittitas County Homelessness & <br />Affordable Housing Committee, effective immediately and to end <br />12/31/2025, Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
