This lntertocat Agreement may be amended, attered or chenged in any manner bythe <br />mutuaI written consent of authorized representative of att parties herein. <br />19, Copies of this lntertocat Agreement, together with the resotutions of att parties' <br />governing bodies' approvat and ratification of this lntertocaI Agreement, shatI be <br />posted on the County's website after execution of the lnteriocal Agreement by atL <br />partie$. <br />20. ln the event any titigation should arise from this interlocat Agreement, the venue of <br />such action of titigation shalt be in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and <br />for the County of Kittitas. This Agreement shali be governed by the law of the State of <br />Washington. <br />21,|f any term orconditian of this lnterlocat Agreement or the apptication thereof to <br />any person(s) or circumstances is hetd invatid, such invatidity shatt not affect other <br />terms, conditions or apptications which can be given effect without the invatid term, <br />condition or apptication.
