Snoquatmie Pass Fire and Rescue District No. 51 wittopen an imprest account with <br />IBANK]. <br />4. Snoquatmie Pass Fire & Rescue District No. 51 wilt submit requests to Kittitas County <br />to Kittitas County to reimburse the imprest account via a voucher listing submitted and <br />approved as needed with the Fire Conrmissioners'signatures. <br />The Auditor and Treasurer witl inform the clistrict with directiorr in regards to the <br />internaI procedures for how/when to submit the voucher tisting to the county, in <br />accordance with this agreement. <br />S. Any changes to the estabiishecl imprest accoLlnt or the imprest amount must be <br />approvecl by tlre Kittitas County Auditor ancJ Kittitas County Treasurer belore adoption <br />by the District. <br />6. Kittitas County Ar-rditor reserves the right to review aLt District records related to the <br />operation of tfie irnprest account. For this reason, ths District is responsible for <br />maintairring ancl preserving att pubtic records as required by the Washington Putrtic <br />Records Act anci appticabte public records retention schedule. <br />7. Upon approvat of the voucher tisting from Kittitas County Auditor, Kittitas County <br />Treasurer wiLt remit the funds, via ACH (Automated Ctearing House), to Snoquatmie <br />Pass Fire and Rescue District No. 51 banl< account. <br />B. Aly party irerein may terminate this lntertocat,Agreement upon thirty (30) days <br />written notice to the other parties at the aclclresses recited herein above. <br />g. -Ihe District witt hotd harmtess, def end, and indemnify Kittitas County f ronr any and <br />afi- ctaims, actions, suits, clrarges, ancl judgments whatsoever that arise out of the <br />District's performance or nonperformance of the services or subject matter caLled <br />for in this trrterlocal Agreement. <br />10. As requirecl by RCW 42.24.1 80, the District shatt <br />a. Appoint an aLrditingoff icer for the District, and the auditingofficer shatt <br />acquire on behal.f of the District, bonds in the amount of not less than <br />$100,000; <br />b. Adopt contracting, hiring, purchasing and disbursing policies that implement <br />effective internaI controt; <br />c.
