C. Subcontracting: The Contractor may onty subcontract work contemptated under <br />this agreement if it obtains the prior written approvaI of the County. lf the County <br />approves subcontracting, the Contractor sha[[ maintain written procedures retated <br />to subcontracting, as wettas copies of alt subcontracts and records retated to <br />subcontracts. For cause, the County in writing may: <br />a. require the Contractor to amend its subcontracting procedures as they <br />retate to this agreement; <br />b. prohibit the Contractor from subcontracting with a particutar person or <br />entity;or <br />c. require the Contractor to rescind or amend a subcontract. <br />Every subcontract shatt bind the Subcontractor to fottow at[ appticabte terms of this <br />agreement. The Contractor is responsibl.e to the County if the Subcontractor faits to <br />compty with any appl,icabte term or condition of this agreement. The Contractor <br />shatl, appropriatel,y monitor the activities of the Subcontractor to assure fiscal. <br />conditions of this agreement. ln no event shatt the existence of a subcontract <br />operate to retease or reduce the tiabitity of the Contractor to the County for any <br />breach in the performance of the Subcontractor's duties. <br />Every subcontract shatt inctude a term that County is not Liabte for ctaims or <br />damages arising from a Subcontractor'S performance of the Subcontract. <br />D. Reporting Timeframe and Form: The Contractor shatl provide a report each August <br />using the reporting forms found in Exhibit A of this Amendment, which shat[ repl.ace <br />al.l, previousty required reporting. The reports witt be submitted to the cterk of the <br />Hometessness and AffordabLe Housing Committee at <br />he_altlundhumaLs_eLVje es_@so-.kiXtLtas.wa,u,s--for the fottowing time periods: <br />a. January 2025 - )uly 2025, due no [ater than August 15,2025 <br />b. August 2025 - July 2O26, due no later than August 15,2026 <br />c.
