HopeSource <br />Program Guide for Kittitas County <br />Cold Weather Shelter <br />Effective from November 15, 2024 <br />Program Summary: <br />The Cold Weather Shelter (CWS) provides temporary, low -barrier shelter during extreme weather <br />conditions to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals experiencing homelessness. <br />Operating during the coldest months, the shelter offers a safe, warm place for vulnerable <br />populations to sleep. The CWS is run by trained staff and volunteers, with a focus on trauma - <br />informed care and guest dignity.
