Docket Item 2024-06 — This item, the complete RCW 64.37, was proposed by the
Kittitas County's Short Term Rental Committee to establish a definition for Short Term
Rental. Docket Item 2024-07 — This item was proposed by KCCDS staff regarding parcels that
contain split zoning of Forest & Range 20 and Agricultural-5 zoning that also lies within
the City of Kittitas urban growth area.
